- SPEKS' SAFETY POLICY Speks contain high-powered, Rare Earth magnets. Even though Speks are half the size of Buckyballs, have a 90% reduced magnetic strength, and meet all safety standards including ASTM and CPSIA, any product that is misused or used by an unintended user can cause injury. If a child gains access to Speks and ingests multiple magnets, it is possible that the magnets could stick across intestines causing serious injury or death. Therefore, Speks are intended for use by persons 14 years of age or older, and are not appropriate for younger persons.

Description
Description
Made from rare earth, neodymium magnets, Speks magnetic balls are possibly the most popular desk toy ever made. Speks are like magnetic putty, a stress ball and adult building blocks all in one. Mash them around for oddly satisfying stress relief or build a shape to unleash creativity.
What do you do with Speks? Keep a set on a desk to be the envy of coworkers or carry ‘em in a pocket to break that pesky nail-biting habit. Need stress relief? Mash ‘em and smash ‘em. Feeling creative? Build hundreds of super cool geometric shapes.
Are Speks Safe? Since Speks are only 2.5mm in diameter rather than 5mm balls from other magnet sets, they meet the CPSIA’s Safety Standard for Magnets and are safe with proper use by anyone over the age of 14. However, Speks must be kept away from all children and should never be put near the nose or mouth.
